Welcome to Bella Villa Shih Tzu. I am a small breeder, located in the beautiful mountains of Vernon, New Jersey (Sussex County). I fell in love with the Shih Tzu several years ago. I started with one, but they are like potato chips, you can't just have one. I now have eight. My six wonderful females  L.T. (retired), Jazmine, Maggie, Katy, Skye and Sunni along with my adorable males, Gavin and Spencer. All my Tzu's are standard size 10-14 lbs. Shih Tzu's have hair not fur so they do not shed (non-allergenic), making them the perfect family pet and companion, fitting into every lifestyle.

All my puppies are born and raised in my home being handled, loved and spoiled by my children, family and friends from the day they are born. When my puppies leave for their new homes, they will be vet certified to be in excellent health, have their first shots and wormings. In most cases they will also be paper trained.

Bella Villa Shih Tzu will NEVER sell to puppy mills, pet stores or brokers.

A $150 non-refundable deposit will be accepted to hold your new puppy until they are ready for their new homes. 

Bella Villa is not responsible for issues with landlords, allergies or any other reason, should you change your mind. PLEASE be sure of your decision to get a shih tzu puppy. Do research on the breed as well as bringing home a new puppy. This is a LIFE decision.
